These terms govern use of Biashara ERP websites and software. By registering or signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.
Service
Biashara ERP is a subscription software platform. Features available to you depend on your industry, subscription tier, and enabled modules. We may update the service to improve security, compliance, or functionality.
Accounts & workspaces
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Workspace owners are responsible for users they invite and data entered under their tenant.
- We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or legal compliance.
Billing
Subscription fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise. Entry-level plans may include a trial period; higher tiers may require upfront payment. Payments are accepted via M-Pesa Buy Goods till and other methods we enable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other customers. Fiscal and tax features must be used in accordance with KRA and applicable regulations.
Data & privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You retain ownership of your business data; we process it to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party networks (including M-Pesa or eTIMS infrastructure). Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
