Multi-branch retail: one stock truth across Nairobi outlets

Challenge

Each branch kept its own sales sheet. M-Pesa references were typed by hand. The owner could not trust low-stock alerts without calling managers.

Solution

Biashara ERP rolled out per-branch POS with shared catalog, STK and till rails, and consolidated KPI cards. Supervisor tiers controlled discounts and voids.
